Overall my experience went beyond my expectations. My customer service representative answered all of my questions in a very timely and detailed manner. She worked with me using live chat and then gave me her email information for all of my follow up questions. My order had a lot of different details and she got everything right. Additionally, she created a graphic using an outside program that she found and made it exactly as I had envisioned. She even gave me choices. And again, in an extremely timely manner. I ordered a lot of pieces and therefore my final price was very reasonable.
