With the LAT Ladies Scoop Neck T-Shirt sizes, make sure you order a size larger. Thankful another customer wrote a negative review which prompted me to order everyone a size larger and it turned out great for me. The shirts don't have the length I expected with normal T-Shirts but the design was good. Two of the letters were slightly faded on one of the shirts, but only a detailed person like myself would spot it. Other than that we are satisfied with the shirts for our upcoming trip. Everyone was polite and worked with you to get the design you wanted. At first the site was a little confusing to me but then I figured it out. Thanks to the many who helped me with my three designs.

Be careful of the sizes. Even though we measured shirts that we have to compare against sizes as indicated on the website...the shirts turned to much smaller than expected.

Excellent service and great choices for creating the perfect design. I would use again, but as noted above, the description of sizing and quality among different products needs to be improved. I thought the cost was high overall. It would have been helpful to have some indicators of how the pricing works -- if I had know which aspects of my design were increasing the price I could have made choices, but no price comes up until you're ready to check out, and by then who wants to go back?

I was consistently wowed by the level of service I received from your team. I spoke with many people over about 3 weeks - for help with my design, advice on placing an order with multiple shirt styles, colors and logo variations, and even a change in my shipping address. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful and no one missed a beat - each person quickly was up to speed on the status of the order and the changes that had been made in the past.
