I was really pleased with the actual phone call that I received from the customer service agents when they had questions about my order. It was a pleasant surprise to actually get some human contact and not be just an order on the computer.

I was very pleased with the work CustomInk did with my uploaded design! We had some concerns with the colors, but once the we saw the shirts, my organization pleased with the contrast. The only issue I had with the product was the price, it was a little higher than most places I order from in town. However, I received a great product with great service so it was worth that little extra.I paid for expedited shipping which was guaranteed by the next week on Thursday (I ordered the shirts on a Wednesday). To my surprise they showed up on my porch on Tuesday! That made this order even better because I needed them by Wednesday! This is the first time I have ordered from CustomInk, and it won't be the last! Thanks again for the great service!
