We were thoroughly impressed with your company and website. I found it extremely easy and convenient to use. I love that I was able to design my t-shirt and immediately view the product. We had some art issues due to the size of our logo and your artists did an excellent job of fixing this issue. Not to mention that was a free service. When speaking with Misty in customer service, she was extremely helpfuly, polite, nice, happy & knowledgable. Overall, the value, convenience, customer service and end product exeeded our expectations and we will most definitely use your company again. We displayed "Inky" on the back our t-shirt, for a discount, however, I would now say that he is proudly displayed on there due to your excellent company! Thank you for a great experience!

I had to order extremely last minute, but everyone that I interacted with was extremely accomadting. While I still had a full schedule, I was pleased to recieve frequent updates on the status of my order, which reassured me that it was still on schedule and would be delivered by the guaranteed due date. The order was received on time, and the product was exactly as expected. I will definitely shop with CustomInk again!

Fantastic customer service! I placed two separate orders (same logo on different shirt styles) and a customer service representative contacted me about consolidating the order which saved us $150. The shirts arrived 2 days before the scheduled delivery date and they look great!
