Customer service and screen printing were excellent. The bottles arrived in boxes that were torn dented and poorly taped closed. The bottles had a motor oil smell. Not good quality bottles.

While the water bottles I ordered are great, I had a lot of problems getting them to me. I ordered 80 bottles, and they weren't delivered on time. One box of 5 showed up two days later than promised. I then had to call and find out where my other boxes are. Hopefully they will show up sometime. I'm still waiting

When I questionsed your claim for "free shipping" to the customer service agent, he told me he didnt know about that. I find that difficult to believe! Though your product is great, this bit of dishonesty will have me looking for a different vendor in the future.
