Customer service was very helpful in helping me solve this dilemma and I was able to put in a new rushed order and delivery for new shirts before our first game! I talked to several people through your chat message service which I believe is a great tool! They were all very understanding, helpful, and able to answer ALL of my questions and concerns by reaching out to other team members from custom ink. Because of the rushed delivery of new shirts, I had to put in a new order for 50% off, and upon review of my shirts sent back and their bad sizing, I am hoping for a refund of the money spent on the second order. If I am able to get this refund back, other than the stress of not getting the uniforms on time and the sizing issue, I would say that the overall customer service and quality of the shirts are excellent!

It was also nice to be able to have each person submit their own individual payments versus having to collect from everybody.
