Overall my experience was very good with Custom Ink. The website is very user friendly and really allows you to be pretty free in how you want to design. The customer service was excellent. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was very helpful and friendly and courteous and they were available even at later times in the day which helps when you work during the day. The only thing I wish was a little different is the minimum number of shirts for certain styles or colors of shirts and the fact that you can't mix and match types of shirts for a single design within one order.
