Overall my experience was very good. The shirts were just like what we thought they would be when we ordered them. They met our expectations. The only issue I had was with the delivery. I expected the delivery on the 6th or 7th which would have been perfect since I was out of town (with limited wifi) before that. On the 1st I received an e-mail stating that my shirts were shipped, but the link in the e-mail didn't work so I had no information about when the shipment would arrive. On 2nd I received an e-mail saying the shirts were delivered but I had no wifi that day so didn't see the e-mail. On the 2nd there were huge thunderstorms at my home so the box was destroyed. On the 3rd I again had wifi so could read my e-mail and saw that my shirts were delivered. I had to call CustomInk to confirm that information since the link in my e-mail did not work again. My shirts sat on my front step in the rain for over a day. Luckily a neighbor was able to rescue what was left of the box before the next thunderstorm hit. I love that the shirts were delivered early, but did not like that the link with the delivery information was not functional. If I would have known when the shirts were to be delivered via UPS tracking I could have made arrangements so they would not have been sitting on my front step in the rain available for someone to steal.

Customer service was phenomenal! I needed to modify my order after placing it. I contacted customer service using online messaging and the experience was very easy and the reap was able to help me with everything I asked for. The rep was helpful, friendly, and expedient. I also enjoyed the custom design process and found the website easy to use.

Extremely happy! The website was very user friendly, there was a good number of items and colors to choose from, the design process was easy and many options, and very nice to be able to see cost totals and discount options. Customer service was remarkable with suggestions and responses. Items were shipped and received fast. Love the shirts I ordered. The only thing I would change would be to not have my letters black on the darker shirts (cardinal) but I knew that was a chance when I ordered and it is still okay, just something I would change on my next order and there will definitely be a next order! So happy I found this place.
