I received my order ahead of schedule, and everything was perfectly packaged. The cups I ordered are of terrific quality. I would not hesitate to order from Custom Ink again.

The product is very good. We have ordered them a few times. The delivery time is fast but the packaging isn't the greatest. This time one of the boxes came ripped and torn apart which caused scratching on the cups.

Custom Ink has proved to be an invaluable resource. I am the director of public relations for my universities student newspaper, The Maroon. Along with one hundred cups, we also ordered about 105 t-shirts which totaled to around $968. We’re a small paper so this wasn’t a small fee for us, but we’ve never had customized shirts. We were very excited. When the shirts came in I was horrified to see that the word university had been spelled wrong. Of course it was our fault because we submitted the design which contained the flaw. When I was finally able to gather myself together I called custom service, and received some of the best one-on-one assistance I have experienced to this date. I was immediately able to speak to a real person and when I was transferred it was once again to a real person. Ms. Laura Bardo was a god sent. She insured me that Custom Ink would reprint all of the t-shirts because they should have caught our mistake on their end. I was so relived I could have cried. She took me through the return process step-by-step. She treated me so very well and with such patience! I thank Ms. Bardo and Custom Ink for being understanding of the everyday mistakes people make. Custom Ink, please know that I’ll always be a loyal customer!
