Everything is always great with custom ink. Their customer service and shirt design process is extremely easy. Unfortunately, this time, our shirts were not what we imagined or came out the way we wanted which is a shame since we spent around $2000.

I needed help managing the price point (was over $50 per t-shirt) and called Customer Service for some expertise on color substitutions and other ways to manage cost. The associate was very unenthusiastic and offered much of nothing except the "Rules" that put me out of price range. I figured out, using the website, how to adapt. The shirts look good.
