The one downfall I can find is that I feel the customization is a little too rigid. The minimum requirements for items with different ink colors is difficult for someone who is truly trying to customize his or her experience. Originally, I was going to order shirts, hoodies, and quarterzips with 4 different ink colors. The design did not change (only in size), but the issues with having to guarantee 6 items per color of ink cause me to rethink my order. Ultimately, I was left with the difficult decision to rethink my order and order 3 ink colors, but in doing so I had to lose the item/color combo I was really looking forward to the most. I wish there was a different way to be more customized in the ordering process. I mean, the name is CustomInk! The other headache was that it required 4 separate individual orders which were later combined into 2 orders. That meant that some people had to do 4 separate transactions because of the way their system is set up. It clearly cost them money in my case because I had people not willing to do more than 1 or 2 transactions, whereas a single combined order form would have yielded more purchases from my group. This is a problem that shouldn't be too difficult to solve. There has to be some upgrade or adjustment that can be done to the ordering software to allow everything to be combined into a single order and pricing based on an entire order overall.
