This is our third order with Custom Ink, and the service is spectacular. I basically copied a previous design order and made a few changes/additions. Easy!! And I love the choice of images provided so we could personalize the event. A bonus was we were given a credit because our design was already on file. What a deal!! Second time ordering from Custom Ink. The quality of the shirts seem to be very high quality and durable. Pricing is not cheap, but as I mentioned, the quality looks and feels high. I was a little disappointed in this second order. 5 out of the 6 items i ordered were perfect and turned out just the way I wanted. However, the cotton shirt had a couple dirt spots. One spot was small, not very noticeable, and the other one was bigger and noticeable. Looked like an imprint of a machine or something. Not sure how that got past the person or persons doing the printing. I filled out the contact form on the website and included pictures, but have not heard back. That was over 2 weeks ago. Overall, I'd say quality is very good, processing speed is ok (took about 10 days to receive order), customer service is not very good. I might order again in the future, as the first time I had no issues. So I will most likely give them one last shot when i need more shirts.
