Custom Ink has been very easy to work with. There was an issue with one of the artwork patches that I wanted to use so they suggested a substitute which worked out just fine. The shirt was processed exactly as I ordered. I only wish someone with experience would have told me that wearing a shirt with five different patches was too much or at least have them scaled down.
