Product was wonderful quality. I received prompt customer service, and I am thankful for the online texting option. My uploaded design was printed cleanly and solidly. On the downside, both the hoodie [Independent Trading Zip Hoodie] and pants [Champion Authentic Sueded Jogger Sweatpants] I ordered were sized larger than expected/indicated. Still close enough to be worn, but looser and longer than what was expected. Additionally, the design of the website made it difficult for me to readily see the how the same design would look on different products. Most painfully, I only discovered a product was available solely in mediums and larges when I was ready to pay. This forced me to go frantically searching for a similar product. The new product was wonderful quality, I'm disappointed this information was not presented more obviously when designing. Otherwise, the website was intuitive and easy to navigate.
