I've had a great experience with CustomInk, from the design process all the way to receiving my order. They were good with making sure I knew how my designs would look relative to different sizes and they checked in before starting production to make sure all of the proofs were correct. I even had the options of changing the quantity before starting production too. I am extremely satisfied. The items I purchased (Gildan Ladies Open Bottom Sweatpants) are extremely comfortable and look exactly like I wanted them to. I would definitely recommend others to use CustomInk!!

I was really nicely surprised that your team combined my two orders into one to save me money. I think that could have been made a bit clearer at the time (I thought that one of my orders had been cancelled, not realizing they'd just been combined), but as an actual policy it was so great and definitely makes me a repeat customer. My only complaint and reason I wouldn't order again from custom ink, is that we have a small order and we had to order too many extra's to make the minimum due to make the order. So it ended up costing way more that expected. Like I stated above though, I am pleased with the customer service and the products we received!
