Changes are quickly made with no hassle at all during the Proof review check. When I viewed my proofs I realized I had added a word to the printing that didn’t make sense. I called and was able to have it removed right away. Custom Ink then sent another proof to review within a half hour, which I approved and they began the printing process. The mugs arrived a few days earlier than originally quoted. They were a hit at work!

The custom ink website is extremely easy to navigate and work with. I've found it very easy to layout my item. However, the final print on the mug I got was not centered as I would have liked it to be and as it was on the digital image proof I set up and received and approved for printing. I am willing to try again, but if that next job comes out the same I will see who else is out there.

I am very happy with my dealing with custom Ink every one I spoke with was polite, very helpful, spoke English, and knew what the fuck they doing not very common any more. I will use custom Ink in the future when need arises. You may want to use a different delivery company in the future, UPS dropped the ball.
