I was hesitant at first to be working with so many different customer service reps, but each one was very professional and picked up right where the other left off. It is very rare to come across businesses that genuinely care about their customers but I truly felt that CustomInk appreciated my business. The level of customer service that Katherine and Kayla provided me was incredible! Katherine was the designer of my shirt and I had so much fun talking on the phone with her. I really put a lot of trust into her because the shirts I ordered was for my family reunion and let's face it, family can sometimes be your biggest critics so the shirts had to be absolutely perfect. She did a wonderful job and our shirts are everything I every wanted! When I called and actually placed the order, I asked to speak with Katherine but she was assisting another customer so Kayla helped me. She was so sweet and helpful! I was so impressed with their service that I went to my own job the next day and felt inclined to provide my customers with the same hospitality they provided me. CustomInk has a customer for life because of these two ladies!!

WHERE DO I BEGIN? KANARD WARREN I KNOW HE HAD OTHER CUSTOMER TO SERVICE BUT EVERYTIME I CALLED SEEM AS THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY ONE HE HAD. I KNOW I PROBABLY GOT ON HIS NERVES BUT HE WAS SO PATIENT, KIND, RESPECTFUL, AMD GENUINE. YOU KNOW WHEN A PERSON LOVES WHAT THEY DO AND THAT IS KANARD. THE SHIRTS WERE AMAZING THE COLOR THE SCREEN PRINT AND THE QUALITY OF THE SHIRT. WE ORDERED ON A TUESDAY AUGUST 23RD AND WE RECEIVED OUR SHIRTS ON THAT FRIDAY AUGUST 26TH THE SAME WEEK. I THOUGHT THAT WAS AWESOME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUAILTY OF THE SHIRTS WE WILL BE PLACING ANOTHER ORDER NEXT MONTH. I do have an urgent concern I'd love some assistance with. Trying to do an inventory of all the shirts received compared to the group order activity list online, but this list online seems to be missing many of the shirts I know I ordered. For example, under my name it only lists 3 shirts and don't list the 4th shirt I order for my toddler. Would be great if I can get an accurate soft copy of all shirts ordered.

Everything was awesome and exceeded my expectations with one exception- I wish I had known about the option to have people login and place their own orders (and make their own payments) within my larger order. I spent a ton of time collecting sizes from each family member and getting payments from them. When I had my first phone call conversation with a customer service representative that would have been the perfect time for her to tell me about that service you provide. Otherwise, I am incredibly happy with my order- every shirt looks great!
