Read if there could be an issue or questions to be asked I'd get notified. Before the order was finalized I got an inquiry about one of the shirts. Seemed the pic I was seeing online wasn't exactly what I was going to get. Sent me a link to double check and wow so glad they did. What I saw what NOT what I thought I was getting. But,..seconds later everything was resolved. The shirt was great in person.

I love that you can place one phone call and receive help with your tshirt design at any time of day. The person who walked me through the process was awesome! He was patient and knowledgeable. He made the process quick and easy. Not only did he help me with the design, he also helped me with the placing of the order. The shirts turned out great!

Unfortunately, I won't be using Custom Ink again. The staff are all very friendly and try to be helpful, but the product and process are low grade. Don't bother, just go use another shop for tees. I only ordered tees so I can't comment on their other products.

Appreciate the real person help when I needed it while placing the order. Shirts were exactly as ordered & arrived a couple of days earlier than promised. The quality was great and the printing had no flaws. Definitely would use Custom Ink again.
