Customer service was awesome. I didn't realize that you could combine orders (2 different shirts) if you have the same design, so someone helped me and saved me over $200! So easy to work with and so nice!

The shirts that we purchased turned out well on the front and back except one out of the 14. This one looked like the wrong number was printed on the back. It was then unpeeled leaving a dark gray outline with stainless marks around it as if it was scrubbed down. The new number was added on top of this. Hard to believe that this could be shipped knowingly. At least it was on time :/
CustomInk customer service has always been A++++!!! I honestly can't think of any other company with better customer service! I placed my group's order on the phone and Hunter was extremely friendly and professional! I had a few issues with the graphics I used to design our team shirts but West Gill was very helpful and patient with me in helping me put together a design that my group was happy with. I was blown away by how attentive and friendly the "T-shirt Ambassadors" and Satisfaction Assurance Associates at CustomInk were during my interactions with them. I had no idea what to expect (this is my first time ordering custom printed shirts through a website) and was initially apprehensive but they made the process simple and set my and my colleagues' minds at ease. I really love custom ink. Great customer service.This is the 3rd time I have ordered shirts for my Ragnar team. I have ordered the NB tanks every time. They look real nice. My only obstacles were that the navy blue weren't available in all our sizes and seemed to be on backorder for a long time, so I had to order white which wasn't our preference. Also, the ladies XS is much shorter in length than the black one I ordered last time. So my shirt is a little too short for me.
