The personal customer service was terrific. My emails/calls were returned promptly and the employees could seamlessly pick up where I left off with a different employee. My items arrived a day early and the embroidery quality is outstanding. The only downside was the accuracy of the Port Authority sizing charts.

Custom Ink has never let me down. I try to shop local, when I can, but our local embrodery store has terrible customer service and does not complete orders in a timely fashion. That is why I switched to Custom Ink, and I have never regretted that decision.

From day one of designing and ordering custom embroidered jackets, I had a LOT of questions, and I was always able to get in touch with a real person on the phone to answer those questions quickly. They did a great job of talking me through the details, making sure everything was correct for the order, and when I got the final proof of the jackets with their embroidery, the actual jackets looked JUST like it!
