The girl who assisted me in the store in Charlotte was terrific. I think her name was tia. Would not have been able to complete the order without her assistance. She was very very helpful in guiding me through the process and making our graphic work. Very patient.

The customer service at custom ink was incredible. They made sure I was happy with the final plan before creating all my shirts. They also made sure I got my t-shirts in plenty of time. I had contracted 4 local printing companies and not 1 of them got back to me. I was so happy that went with custom ink. I will use them again next year for our show.

Custom Ink's customer service is stellar! I had a coworker miss the order period (eyeroll) but I still wanted them to be able to order a shirt. I called customer service and they added the additional shirts with no problem. This is my third time ordering shirts from Custom Ink and it definitely won't be the last.
