The product is nice but delivery was delayed for over a month. The customer service agent in contact with me was unresponsive and I had to reach out to another agent. A lot of back and forth. Seems like the customer service agent does not know the details of how some of the customer ink's departments and partners (UPS) work, resulting in unnecessary complications.

This was my second order experience with Custom Ink. Overall good customer service, but my only issue was the design size fee charge of $70 for changing/reducing the overall logo size on the Women's sweatshirts by a small amount, while I was still in the logo review/approval stage. No complicated design work change, yet the fee was more than the cost of a sweatshirt.
