Really great experience! When I had any problems, someone was there to help me immediately. Customer Service would email back right away when there were issues, or with a response to a question I may have had. There were many ways to get help: by email, over the phone. I used both methods, and both were great. I would recommend CustomInk to everyone!

Service was really good, and the sweaters arrived on time, however the sizes were smaller than we thought based on the sizing guide. Almost all the sweaters are a size too small for their owners.
