The site isn't the best because if you want multiple products they have to be combined by customer service, and you have to setup multiple group order forms which also totally sucked. However the customer service reps are very helpful and pleasent to work with. Again I wasn't to thrilled about some of the streaking in the ink from the screen printing process and I was super upset that the most expensive iteme I ordered was the one that didn't fit well (J American hoodie I ordered I am swimming in). Depending on if they do anything to correct the screen printing issues i seen or to addresst the hoodie that fits very poorly I will probably use a different company for my orders next year. But if they actually read this and gt back to me an the issues I do have I would use them again.

Although licensing was a pain, the crew was very helpful in helping me navigate around the problems and come up with solutions. I thought everyone was understanding and tried their best to satisfy me.
