CustomInk customer service is great, the first time we ordered we had selected a font and color that we were told were not going to look good on the product we had selected. The CustomInk representative gave us excellent advice over the phone even though we had not asked for it, and we were very happy to see the end results when delivered. The products were delivered ahead of schedule and it was great!

I had to call to get the design I wanted and got connected to Colleen, perhaps the best instance of customer service I've ever experienced. She made sure I got what I wanted and clarified every step of the process, making sure I knew what to expect leading up to the pants actual delivery. I'm the type who gets anxious about little details like this, but CustomInk's customer service was accommodating and made the whole process smooth and worry-free. Would definitely use again!
