The website is very easy to navigate, and I love being able to see exactly what my shirt will look like before I order it; which the shirt that came in was identical to the website's product. I love the customer service aspect regarding having to approve of the shirt before it is ordered. The tee-shirt ended up being perfect and I could not be happier with it! The realtree camo is so vibrant and realistic, and the lettering/colors are beautiful. I also loved how the shirts are wrapped in plastic inside the box in case of rain. The material's quality was perfect, the shirts were true to size, and the product greatly exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be ordering from CustomInk whenever I need personalized tee-shirts.

As usual, the customer service was beyond what I expected. The rep I worked with, Aida Duran, was extremely helpful, stayed in consistent (but not too persistent) contact with me, and found me cost savings of $169 by combining orders. I also appreciated that I was able to communicate via text, phone call, and email with Aida. The products I ordered came ahead of schedule, packaged well, and were printed with great attention to detail. Overall, another wonderful experience with CustomInk!
