I can't get over how awesome the customer service rep Melody was. She was so so helpful on the phone, we really felt like she wanted to make sure our tshirts looked as great as much as we did. It really made our order experience so much better being able to have someone as helpful and kind as she was on the phone guiding us along! She even sent the sweetest postcard to follow up after we received our tshirts. Amazing! We would definitely use this service again and we now are the best looking volleyball crew out there.

i was very frustrated with the process of ordering these items. i understand the need to get permission for an institution but they should have it on file that RMC should be allowed to print from the company as they had before. because of the long permission process, i am glad they could still get our order to us on the date provided from order.

I had to call customer service twice to check on some details that I wanted confirmed, and each time the service was courteous, quick and efficient. I found the actual items a bit pricy, but with the guaranteed delivery date (which ended up being earlier than I expected), it was worth it in this case as I was on a short deadline. I would definitely use this service again, and would recommend it to others.
