The shirts came out AMAZING! The logo size I had submitted was a little off, and the fact that your staff offered to either revise and send back for review or just trust their judgement (which I did, and am so glad!) is awesome. I appreciate the customer service and wanting to ensure that any potential issues that came up were brought to my attention, and that solutions were offered. Everything from the logo sizing, color of ink, type of shirt and ways to cut costs, are why we will make sure future orders are made with Custom Ink....thank you!

Sizes- accurate. Terrific customer service. I have used jerseys from CustomInk for the last 5 years and they have held up well. The fabric, the printing are all amazing. This was the first time I had to place an order as a Team Manager and it was easy. The chat service is awesome. Any questions I had - I was helped and given a solution. One of the jerseys had a name with an accent and I was contacted just to verify and make sure the name was right and correct - that is customer care! Above all, delivery was on time. The design process on the website was super user friendly! We made youth and adult shirts with the same design. When our design wouldn't fit correctly on the smaller shirts, I had a personalize email exchange with Custom Ink about adjustments they suggested. I felt taken care of by the team.
