Custom Ink is a company I always enjoy dealing with. I've never had a bad experience with your customer support people. They're efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I've never had an order come in late or sloppy. I tend to ignore requests for feedback, but I wanted to comment here, because whatever you do to give your employees pride in what they do, it's working.

It was a long process and the materials where great. The final product was not what we aspected. Image was very basic. The lettering on the back of the hat was not constant and some you could read some you could not.
