Overall experience was great. However, I did struggle when I had to upload an updated tax exempt form and she wasn't very helpful. She kept saying costum ink was not allowed to give you any information on the tax exempt form, but I just needed guidance on how to upload to your website. She did guide me a little bit and I managed.
