Top notch. 4th time I ordered. Each time with quick response and quality products! My first Hanes hoodie lasted more than 4 years. I use it for fishing, so it gets plenty of sunshine, fog, salt water, some rain and yes, fish scales! Washes very clean. I air dry it, so unsure if it would shrink much in a dryer.

My team absolutely LOVED the design and the quality of the shirt. It's light weight and wrinkle free texture will allow them to just wash and air dry with ease. From the ordering, design and confirmation process was so easy to work with I definitely will order from Custom Ink again.

I had used a local shop in the past and was not impressed with the quality of the work. Custom Ink was a breath of fresh air with the quality and craftsmanship of their work and products. I will always use Custom Ink again for my future needs.

Customer service is top notch - 3 of the shirts in the original shipment came with bad discoloration that did not disappear after first wash. I called and they were able to reprint 3 replacements at no cost to me and sent them 2 day air to arrive to my birthday party destination the day before I needed them! I'm impressed with how they came through in the end. Will definitely use CI again!

I am very pleased with the mask but having the logo in center blocks air flow.

Quality is there, but they are extremely small and have no molding piece for over nose. Not air tight whatsoever. You’ll breathe unmasked air right down the sides of your nose..... if the mask isn’t too small to begin with. Definitely will not order again. We wasted a lot of money on these because we can’t use them now.

The T-shirt smelled of mold on arrival. I left it out to air for a few days. It got better but the original smell was very strong. Perhaps adding a desiccant would help.

The website means nothing, The materials mean nothing, the sizes mean nothing, the colors and options mean nothing WITHOUT the customer service. That is why I pay extra to do business with custom ink. Your customer service is without match and is a breathe of fresh air. Never lose that and you will always be successful and I will never even bother to look elsewhere.

It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Custom Ink. We didn't spot an error on our first order submission, so we called after it was submitted. Custom Ink noted the changes needed, made the corrections, and then sent another proof for our approval. It was perfect, and once received, the shirts looked even more perfect. Thank you Custom Ink!!!

Custom Ink has exceeded my expectations! The shirts are great quality, with very nice stitching, professional design/lettering and soft ring-spun cotton. I washed one (& let it air dry) & it doesn't seem to have shrunk at all. The other dancers and I are very pleased with our shirts & I will definitely order from CI again! Well done.

Custom Ink is so easy to order from and lets you customize your own item. On top of that they dont force you to buy in bulk you can order as many as you like with mo pressure making it easier and affordable the best iv found for my needs awsome company

Great but frustrated with delivery. I paid for next day air (over $100). Despite all of my efforts (and the hard efforts of the customer service agents I worked with on the phone), I didn't receive one box at the correct address--went to my house instead of school, but I was able to get it to the students before their pictures. The second box didn't arrive until a full day after its scheduled delivery (although it did arrive at the correct location). We weren't able to have our Z Club shirts in our yearbook photos. The girls and I were VERY disappointed. :( The Z Club t-shirts turned out fantastic otherwise!
