Chose customink because of the guaranteed shipping time to me. This did not happen. I received shirts two weeks after date I needed them. If I need shirts done with a short turn around time in the future, I will be looking elsewhere. Better communication options between the art department and the customer would have eliminated almost if not all all issues.

Custom Ink is terrific! I have been ordering through them for 20 years and have placed dozens of orders. They always go above and beyond, and work with me on special requests. Being able to design right on the computer is such a benefit because you can really see your design before committing to the order to make sure it's just right. And shipping is always fast!!
