Overall experience was great. Initially was told we would have our shirts on 8/23. We called because we have a trip this weekend and needed them before we left. ended up getting them on 8/14, in plenty of time before our 8/18 departure day. And the shirts look great!

Overall, I had the best experience with Custom Ink. I honestly never write reviews, but the experience was effortless and communication was exceptional. Quick (and helpful) responses, and I was able to order another tshirt and easily had the order changed, without disrupting my ship date. The shirts arrived by the guaranteed delivery date. I have no complaints!

It was so unbelievably easy to upload and size my original design. I was nervous about how it would turn out but someone in live chat customer service answered all of my questions very politely (I wish I could remember the name of the person I was connected with, I apologize). Additionally, the proofs were really helpful and everything was received on time. Since the shirts were gifts, I really appreciated how clear and efficient the tracking was.
