My first experience did not give me much optimism for this one. Due to the discount given for dropping the ball continuously the first time, I gave them one more chance. They jumped through hoops to make sure it went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience. The first time now feels like an aberration not the norm. I will continue using Custom Ink in the future and will recommend them to others as well.
