The sizing was a bit confusing. If you selected a “gildan youth sweatshirt” you were able to select both youth sizes and adult sizes. The title should reflect the sizing. If you selected the adult sweatshirt same thing, you can select youth in that too. Some youth sweatshirts either said L or YL depending on the option, so a bit confusing.

I placed an online order and was made aware by my group that all of the sizes were not available I called customer support. The representative was super helpful and suggested a color very similar to the one I chose originally that included all of the sizes. Very courteous and helpful. Product arrived quickly and I loved the updates I received along the way. Would definitely use Custom Ink again.
