Customer service is EXCELLENT with quick replies from everyone at any hour. I was very pleasantly surprised by that. I did like that I had the option to visit the shop in Fairfax, VA to look at the shirts but I was going there expecting to try on different styles in XL vs L. Even though you have an excellent size chart online I need to feel the fit and make sure it agrees with my body. When I got there I was really disappointed to find out that wasn't the case; that you only carry M in all shirts and not all sizes to try on, but all styles were there to look at. That was a big let down for me since I knew I was about to spend a lot of money on custom design shirts and didn't know if they'd fit. They did and I was pleased in the end. I did like visiting the shop in Fairfax because looking and feeling the shirts made me change my mind about what I was going to order, and I ended up ordering more.
