With respect to the overall quality of the jersey purchase I am very pleased with the items. They seem to be durable enough to meet the rigors of our softball team's season, and my original design is printed exactly as I had created it. The real strength of my experience was in dealing with customer service agents, they were helpful, and more importantly...had a positive/cheerful demeanour. This is what an online buying experience should be like!!!
