The ordering of the shirts was very easy. There were alot of unique options for logos compared to other sites I visited. The price was very reasonable as well. What I was mosy inpressed by was the customer service and the quick delivery. I was called a few times and any issues were quickly resolved. My shirts were even delivered a week and a half eariler than expected!

From start to finish the process was made easy, the design website was user friendly and intuitive to use. Customer service reps were all so friendly and helpful and really made the experience wonderful. I would for sure use customink again. My negative feedback would be that you have a Canadian website but all your prices are quoted in US dollars making it much more expensive when converted to CAD currency. That was a big pain. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied.

Very easy all around . Easy to design your own logo and everything else is taken care of. The group order form was awesome - super easy way to collect from people far and wide so I really loved that aspect of it ! Will definitely be using Custom Ink again :)
