There were a number of completion and shipping problems with one of the products. I received a small voucher (in comparison to the price of the product) for a future order. Furthermore, I am unsure that I will be able to order from custom ink again due to this being a business order. I did not have my products in time for my event. The whole order still has not arrived.

Excellent customer service - really! Everyone responded promptly/helpfully and production time was outstanding. Just wish we had a finished product that we could actually use. Since this was for a program that works to provide clean water, having a logo print with a dark purple (dirty) water splash really sends the wrong message...
