This is the third time I've ordered shirts through CustomInk, and they certainly excel in customer service. The ordering process and image upload is made simple and any custom items in the order is taken care of through email and/or phone. The shirts were nicely printed and the fit was great. However, I was disappointed in the final product - the color was not as vibrant as I was expecting.

This was our second annual order from CustomInk. I say annual because I plan to come back each year for our company's race shirts. The customer service is perhaps the best I have ever experienced from a web retailer. My rep helped me decide on a shirt that would be better suited for our needs, and I am entirely pleased. The material of the Alo performance shirt is a major upgrade over the Badger-B that we ordered last year. Our company will look and feel fantastic at our run!
