I highly recommend Jessica who made placing the order so easy. I believe she is in the Las Vegas office. I hope to have her help me for every order. Ordering a personalized t shirt from CustomInk is a great way to give a a memorable gift that lasts for years and years. Our grandchildren wear theirs for several years, then pass them to younger grandchildren. Our son makes the design and it has become a tradition to receive a new t-shirt for each member of the family when we go on our annual vacation together.

I would have loved the ability to do a little more on the website... some flexibility when designing... (of course, that is primarily due to having an InDesign passion!) - maybe the option to allow us to use the graphics as a temporary download, say with a week expiration, so that the design could be created in InDesign (or another program) and uploaded... however, with that said, the follow-up team (Nathan) was FANTASTIC... gave a few options that we were able to go over that we could not do online...
