They used to have exceptional customer service, so I did not mind paying more. We had trouble placing the order and the order arrived missing one tee. I can only imagine how hard it is to continue great customer service during COVID-19 pandemic but this is not the same company we knew and loved.

As always it was easy to design, specify order quantities, talk to the customer service rep, place the order and quickly receive our items. There isn't a thing our account rep could have done differently, he was amazing! It's so easy to prepare your order online and then call in to get it finalized, ask for advice or ask questions.
