The web interface is very good. Customer service is exemplary. Delivery was quicker than I expected. The embroidery work is excellent. Fabric was not exactly what I expected. Is there a way to get fabric samples ahead of the final order? Sizes run larger than expected so I'll be using a size smaller than I normally would. Color is perfect. Overall, this was an excellent experience and I will recommend CustomInk to others.
