Overall, I loved it. The service was great and we got our shirts in time, My only complaint was the quality of the shirt, but we didn't have enough time to request a sample so I think that might have been a factor that worked against us. I definitely hope to use this site again.

My overall experience with custom ink was extremely impressive from start to finish. Someone was always following up with me throughout the process whether it was timing or letting me know my design was not of high enough quality for the shirts and then helping resolve the issue. I got the shirts on time and they looked great - what more can you ask for!

I liked the ease of CustomInk's ordering, they shipped our tank tops quickly, and followed up with emails to approve our logo very fast. However, we didn't like how the logo ended up lower on the tank top than originally shown in the drawing (that I approved). So, now instead of the logo on our chests, it sits on our stomachs. Kind of weird looking. Also, I don't like the material of the tank tops that were suggested by CustomInk when we were doing our ordering. It's probably in the fine print somewhere, but the material is really stretchy, not like a regular cotton t-shirt or tank that keeps its form.
