The experience was great- it was easy to order and the wait for my product wasn?t too long. The only issue I had was with the actual print on the shirt- it was cracked, and after washing, the cracks got worse and now the shirt looks old

Guaranteed shipping turned out not to be guaranteed and stressful for no reason. Shirt material quality was good, print was bad. One item came without printing on the rear. I understand that I chose to pay a high dollar amount for something to be printed last minute and that is on me and accepted the price. But for that I expect things to be deliver as promised and it was not done.

But why on earth would I when they weren't even WILLING to help me get through their non-intuitive and complicated website where I was trying to design the shirt on line!! My only gripe is the limited choice for one-off printed t-shirts. I originally wanted to get my design in a tie-dye top that would have matched the recipient's personality, but it was only available with a minimum of 6 quantity.
