I was pleased with the service. The team went above and beyond to contact me when there was difficulty with the detail of my image. I am happy with the timeliness and the only disappointment was that 7 of the 75 stadium cups had cracked lips. I have already placed a different order (shirts) with the company.

The customer service I received while preparing these shirts and cups was unbelievable, the women taking care of my order was named Courtney and she was absolutely amazing when it came to taking care of my order. She toile care of my order as if it was one of her own. She is sombody that I would strongly recommend take orders and would love to work with her again. I would go to the lengths to say it was the best customer service relation I have ever had while ordering anything.

CustomInk is awesome! I've used them in the past for T-shirts. This time I had cups made for a friends 50th birthday party. The website is easy to use for product design and the products and timeliness are first rate. I highly recommend this company!
