I am very displeased with the "custom" process. The final design should be agreed upon before a quote is given. Once you received the payment you decided to change my custom design into your design. I think this is a deceptive practice because the price was not adjusted to match the poor rendition of my original artwork. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

In the past, we've ordered mugs from other websites online. They have not had the same quality. Although the mugs we ordered from the other company were less, the cost of ordering from Customink was well worth it. First, the color quality was very high and there was much more variety. The website was pleasing and felt consistent through each product. Last and possibly most important, when the mugs arrived they were shipped in packing that protected the mugs. In the past, we've had several mugs that were shipped and broken in the process from other companies. These were great and we will order again.

I was hesitant about shipping 72 mugs when most of the mail I receive is destroyed, broken or battered. These items came in great condition without any breaks and the prints were exactly what I wanted. Excellent job CUSTOM INC
