There is always some uncertainty when buying a product online, particularly a custom design. Will it look as I imagine it? Will the graphic artist understand my vision? I have ordered several products from Customink each with a unique design. Everyone of my experiences have exceeded expectations. Their customer service is simply unrivaled. They do everything and anything to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I feel like they truly value my business.
