We are all extremely pleased with the quality of our shirts :) The printing, colors and sizing were all perfect! Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Turn-around was even faster than expected - we received our shirts almost a week before we thought they would arrive!! Our entire hockey team (kids, parents & coaches) LOVE the CustomInk shirts! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!!

This is the second time I have used Custom Ink - it is easy to use. I wish there were more field hockey options available but. . .

The design was a hit with my daughter's field hockey team. There was practically no wait to chat with someone online, and they were helpful, informative, and courteous.

I had a friend pass away late on a Friday night. On Sunday I decided to order 350 shirts to give out at the funeral on Wednesday. CustomInk employees from start to finish were so respectful and helpful I couldn't believe it. It came down to the last few minutes possible to get the design done so it could be shipped on time. The shirt design turned out amazing and it came in Wednesday morning just in time for the funeral. Since I was in such a rush and unorganized I talked to several people. I wish I could remember all the names to thank them. The funeral took place in a hockey rink and it was full of people wearing these shirts. The pastor said he has never been a part of a more honoring funeral. In days following I have received more requested for the shirts and will be ordering more. Thank you so much CustomInk! Our friend was looking down on us with a big smile.

AMAZING! They took an image that I haphazardly made and changed it into something incredible! Everyone at the hockey game loved our shirts. We are thinking of ordering more!!

Really impressed. I was worried about the quality of the shirts but they exceed our expectations. All of the kids loved their shirts - it was a surprise for them. The other hockey team saw the shirts and they were asking me information about them. I was also impressed with the customer service and follow ups I received. I thought the email that it was noticed we were a sporting team and you wished us success in our season was awesome! It took no time for your company to send that out but what and impression it made.

The website was easy to use. My only complaint would be about some of the "sports" fonts. They had to be 2" or larger. That does not work for youth size shirts. Also, the selection of hockey graphics is rather poor.

Really great experience. My field hockey team wanted tie dyed shirts so we ordered white shirts and dyed them ourselves. They turned out great!! thank you!!!

I like the idea of CustomInk and the ability to create my own designs easily. I wish the price was much lower though. I had a couple ideas for the workplace and my son's hockey team as I was designing a gift for someone but the cost would be unaffordable for more than just a couple people.

This is an excellent company. I was ordering shirts for my men's league hockey team. The design software was very easy to use; the options were plentiful, and the photo of the finished product was easy to send around to team members. The cost was competitive with other places I looked at. The customer service was excellent. They called with a suggestion which made the shirt even better. The shipping was great and arrived several days before it was promised. Excellent experience from start to finish.

The kids super-love their shirts! There was a potential snag with rights to use some of the artwork, but we really appreciate the staff working through the issue with us so we could print the hockey logo the team said the kids could use.

CustomInk was a top-rate organization to deal with when ordering our shirts for the field hockey team's fundraiser. The order was delivered on-time and the shirts were wrapped in plastic and arrived in a sturdy cardboard box. We will definitely use CustomInk again! Thanks for such a great experience.

Generally, I am extremely impressed with Customink.com. They are as professional as any company I have ever seen. I am 44 and captain of a ball hockey team in Md. Customink never misses an opportunity to make sure I am completely satisfied. Every company should follow this business model of customer service. We would have a much happier national customer base.
