I like the softness and simplicity of the white face masks. They will tye dye well and are easily washed.

Don’t like the minimum order for special colors. I wanted a tie dye and had to order 40 if I wanted it. Ended up getting two plain white shirts and doing it myself. Disappointed.

I've used Custom Ink several times. I love the design options. One area of improvement: will there ever be an opportunity to do design and print an all-over print? I have also seen tie-dye or marbling printing styles. Will those ever be available through Custom Ink?

Overall, the experience was great. The t-shirts were done early. The print came out amazing. The only negative is that the t-shirts were smaller than expected. They shrunk because of the Tie-Dye.

Overall great experience working with custom ink including quick response when calling in to ask follow up questions on order. The only feedback is that the screen prints weren't consistently centered some a bit off but we tie dyed over and it worked. i was VERY pleased that with our white shirts and white screen print the tie dye worked great... as promised by the team.

I ordered tie-dye hoodies for my tennis team. We are very satisfied with the material quality which is very soft and warm. Our items also arrived three days earlier than the expected date. The website was overall very easy to use and my team and I are very excited about our hoodies. We will definitely order from CustomInk again.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received. My e-mails were promptly addressed by representatives that did everything they could to answer my questions and meet my needs. However, I rated the "packaging" as a "1", because as I unpacked the t-shirts today, 2 of my students are not getting the sizes they ordered. One student who ordered a "L" will receive a "M" (because I was shorted a "L" but received an additional "M"), and one student who ordered a woman's "XS" will receive an adult "S" (because I was shorted a wxs but received an additional adult s). So, that is frustrating, especially when parents did their own ordering through the website and will expect that their child receive the size they ordered. And size we are "tie-dying" the t-shirts we received today, it's too late to request correct sizes for them.

The process of ordering our team t-shirts was great. I appreciated that our previous design was saved so that I could reuse or tweak it. I'm glad that the tie dye t-shirts are still in stock, as we now have a rainbow of colors for our team. We don't need new shirts every year, but it's good to know that this is an easy and efficiently reliable option for us!

The online tools to create the shirt are incredibly easy to use and let our team figure out exactly what we wanted - and the variety of t-shirt colors (and tie-dyes) is impressive. In addition, the staff worked with us on perfecting our uploaded info for the back of the shirts. After we submitted our order I had to call to add two more shirts - and it was no problem. Not having a hassle and not having to create a separate order just for two shirts might have been one of the best parts of the experience!

In the age of Amazon Prime's bait and switch decline in customer service, Custom Ink is a shining star and example of internet efficiency with very strong customer service. We are thrilled with our re-order of Sunday School t-shirts just as we were with the original order 2 years ago. Custom Ink didn't miss a beat in filling our request promptly, correctly, efficiently, and with a smile! And the rainbow tie dye shirt is eye catching, excellent quality, and tremendous value for the price. Keep up the excellent work - you have a customer for life!

When I got the shirts, they were two different colors of green! I guess your screen press affected the color of the shirt? They look like they have been dyed, almost tie-dyed. I'm very disappointed. I won't use your services again.
